Nithya menon insulted prabhas

After all with a One hit Movie in hand and ready with a second Movie release, this Actress makes many enemies in Tollywood with her Arrogant and Head Strong nature. We are discussing here about none other than Ala Modalaindi fame Nithya Menon. At a recent press meet about her new Movie 180, her replies to few questions asked, irritated everyone there.

When asked why she declined the chance of working with Venkatesh, Nithya’s reply was “He is a grownup, I am a small and young girl. How will our pair look good?”

When asked about her opinion on Tollywood, the reply was “I just saw one or two films like ‘Magadheera’”.

In between, a topic of Prabhas came and it is heard that Nithya’s reply was “Prabhas??... who Prabhas?? Is there a hero like that in Telugu?”.

Finally when the film’s PRO asked a question and his face went red with humiliation when Nithya’s blunt statement was “You are not a journalist. Why should I answer your question?”

If Nithya carries the same arrogance and Non Diplomatic Nature, we may not surprise to see her career stoop down within no time.

Previously, Currentweek published a article on Nithya Menon's over confident on her star image. Now she proved it. Read this story

Story

The movie starts in the late 1980s when a group of friends celebrate their farewell party. They promise each other to keep in touch. Among them are Hanumantha Rao (Tamil actor Prabhu Ganesan) who has a son named Prabha, and Vishwanath (Ahuthi Prasad) who has daughter Nandini. To reach their professional goals Vishwanath and his daughter travel to Switzerland, while Hanumantha Rao becomes a criminal lawyer and settles in India. Thus, Prabha and Nandini gets separated in their childhood.
Years later, these old friends call for a reunion where a grown-up Prabha (Prabhas) is eager to see his love Nandini (Kajal Agarwal). But, another girl Nisha (Shraddha Das) daughter of local don (Mukesh Rishi) attempts suicide when Prabha doesn’t accept her love. Her father tries to kill Prabha but is convinced by a fake story narrated by Prabha that his one and only love is Nandini.
During the reunion at the farm house of Buchchaiah (Chandra Mohan), Prabha happens to see Nandini. We are introduced to Rishi (Santhosh) as Appala Raju's (M. S. Narayana) son. As usual competition arises between Rishi and Prabha for Nandini. During this time Rishi's friends try to remove Prabha out of the picture by misconnecting the iron wire where unfortunately Hanumantha Rao gets shocked leading Prabha to beat Rishi and his friends. The fight results in Hanumantha Rao kicking Prabha out the house. Later Prabha finds out who Rishi really is. After hearing this Prabha decides to sacrifice his everlasting love towards Nandini. As Prabha leaves, Nandini reveals that she too loves him and the only reason she came to India was to see him but had only acted like she didn't like to see if Prabha also loved her, but remebering what his father had said Prabha leaves and Nandhini is heartbroken, meanwhile Rishi and Nandini's engagement is waiting to take place. Nisha's father finds out the truth that the story that Prabha had said was a lie, forcing him to come look for Prabha.
Who is this Rishi? What is his relation with Vishwanath? How did Hanumantha Rao help Vishwanath in his love marriage(flash back)? Will Prabha win his darling Nandini? What does Nisha’s father finally decide? These are the questions the film answers in the end.

Story

The film was loosely based on the Ramayana. Venkat (Prabhas) and Sailaja (Trisha Krishnan) are youngsters who first meet on a train during a rain shower. Venkat keeps bumping into Sailaja coincidentally every time it rains. This makes them both feel that it is perhaps the rain that keeps bringing them together, and they start to fall in love. Venkat is mesmerized by Sailaja's beauty, charisma, and child-like behavior. Sailaja, also, is impressed by Venkat. Due to unfortunate circumstances the two are drawn apart. At the same time that the two meet, Sailaja catches the eye of antagonist Bhadranna (Gopichand) who also becomes infatuated with Sailaja. Venkat and Sailaja meet in Warangal again and believe that they are meant for each other because it rains every time they meet. Ranga Rao (Prakash Raj), Shailaja's dad, is a typical black sheep with all kinds of bad habits. In the process, he is ready to marry off his daughter to Bhadranna for money. Ranga Rao plants certain ego problems in the minds of Venkat and Sailaja in order to break them up. This causes Venkat to leave Warangal for Vizag. And Sailaja prepares to become an actress (her father convinces her). Later on, Bhadranna kidnaps Sailaja. The rest of the story is about how Venkat rescues Sailaja from the bastion of Bhadranna and how he clears up the misunderstanding with Sailaja in the process.
